Broad Street West Redevelopment
The City of Summit Planning Board has designed the triangle section of land between Broad Street and Morris Avenues, and Maple Street as "an area in need of redevelopment." Members of the residential and business community are invited to participate in the planning process, share ideas for specific uses and improvements, express architectural design preferences and review proposed project material.
