The Summit Health Department is dedicated to furthering the health and well being of Summit citizens. The Office of Vital Statistics maintains records of all births, deaths, marriages, civil unions and domestic partnerships that take place in the City of Summit.

Amending a Vital Record

 
Amendments are done by appointment only. Since there are many unique circumstances involved in amending a vital record, it is recommended you call our office to discuss the matter before scheduling an appointment.

The Westfield Regional Health Department is reminding residents that West Nile Virus continues to be identified in mosquitoes in Union County. West Nile Virus has become endemic in New Jersey and residents should protect themselves from mosquito bites. Please review these safety tips and information and remember to apply insect repellent when spending time outdoors.
