[ARCHIVED] Common Council Monday, May 8 special meeting instructions

Due to the COVID-19 Health Pandemic, the Special Meeting of Summit Common Council, scheduled for Monday, March 8, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. will be held online through Zoom and broadcast on the City of Summit YouTube channel

Members of the public who wish to participate in the meeting may do so by joining online or by telephone.

During the public comment periods of the meeting, if you would like to speak, please click the "Raise Hand" button, and we will be notified of your request to speak. The Council President will recognize you, and your microphone will be un-muted to allow you to speak. Once you have finished speaking, your microphone will be re-muted.

 For security reasons, anyone who is listed as “anonymous” or whose phone number is not identified cannot be recognized. 

Before asking your question or making your comment, you must first state your name, address and spell your last name. Failure to do so may result in you being muted and/or disconnected. 

On computers, the "Raise Hand" button can be found in the Webinar Controls section, typically at the bottom of your screen. If you accidentally raise your hand, feel free to "Lower Hand."
