[ARCHIVED] City offices closed to public until further notice

Effective Monday, November 23, all city offices, including City Hall, will be closed to the public. Citizens are asked to conduct business remotely online or by calling or emailing the department providing the required service. These actions are based on guidance and recommendations from health officials, and will be implemented with a priority to safeguard the health and well being of the Summit community and city staff.

Department of Community Services: DCS on the second floor at City Hall will remain open with normal business hours for document drop off and pickup only. Enter the building through the second lobby door on the left, off the parking lot. 908-273-6404 or summitdcs@cityofsummit.org

The Municipal Transfer Station is still operating under a normal schedule until further notice.

 Office of the City Clerk: 908-273-6400 or cityclerk@cityofsummit.org. A drop box for Clerk’s Office documents is located on a table in the Police Department entrance to the building.
