At the Common Council meeting on December 17, there will be no presentations and there are nine resolutions for consideration.
There are a few resolutions to be voted on, including the authorization for the City to submit an application to NJ Transit for Summit Public Art to place a mural on Springfield Avenue, a resolution to rebid for a new contract for recyclables will be considered, as well as a resolution to enter into an agreement with the Police Benevolent Association.

Resolutions for Consideration
There are a few resolutions for consideration to: (a) to approve the submission of a grant application by the Environmental Commission to plant 100 trees for a reforestation project; (b) a resolution to install a flashing pedestrian crosswalk beacon at Union Place and Summit Avenue ; (c) a resolution to install a traffic signal at the intersection of Morris Avenue and Orchard Street; (d) three resolutions to approve change orders for road improvement projects ; and (e) end of the year resolutions for salaries, legal counsel services, and other professionals.
