The City of Summit Parking Services Agency is announcing that beginning on January 3, 2018, time limit and rate changes in the Library/YMCA parking lot will be in effect.
- The first 15-minutes of parking in the Library/YMCA lot is free.
- The cost of parking for 30-minutes is $0.25.
- Customers can park for up to three (3) hours in the Library/YMCA lot (excluding 30-minute spaces)
