The Summit Department of Community Programs is announcing a groundbreaking ceremony for its new community center building will be held on Wednesday, September 13 at 6PM at the Community Center, located at 100 Morris Avenue. This important project would not be possible without the support of local and county officials as well the financial generosity of corporate and private donors in the Summit community. Community members are invited to attend the ceremony.
