[ARCHIVED] Halloween Parade Scheduled for Sat. October 29 at 3PM

Everyone and their mummy is welcome to march along with the PAL Halloween Parade. Spectators are encouraged to line the parade route as costumed families make their way through downtown Summit, ending on the Village Green.
