Please see below for the updated schedule as of 10/28/25 provided by PSE&G for upcoming paving on several Summit streets, weather permitting and subject to change. 

The affected roads will be closed during project work and for a few hours after paving is complete to allow the pavement to cure. Detours will be in place and police will be onsite to direct traffic. Residents should abide by all emergency "No Parking" signs and park on neighboring side streets while roads are closed for project work.

All work will be completed between the hours of approx. 8AM and 5PM.

Tuesday 10/28/25 (Road will close at 8:30AM)
Springfield Ave (start): from Passaic Ave to Pine Grove Ave

Wednesday 10/29/25 (Road will close at 8:30AM)
Springfield Ave (finish): Pine Grove Ave to Morris Ave
River Road intersections: at Lewis Ave, Plain St, and Miele Pl
Lewis Ave from River Rd to Aubrey St
Aubrey St from Lewis Ave to Morris Ave

Thursday 10/30/25 (Road will close at 8:30AM)
Miele Pl from River Rd to Plain St
Sheridan Rd from Butler Parkway to Beverly Rd
Evergreen Rd from Colonial Rd to end
Colonial Rd from Evergreen Rd to Kent Place Blvd

Monday 11/3/25
Madison Ave from Evergreen Rd to Kent Place Blvd
Beekman Rd from Cromwell Pkwy to High St
Ashland Rd from Manor Hill Rd to Mountain Ave
Baltusrol Pl from Baltusrol Rd to Hughes Pl
