City of Summit offices will be closed on Monday, May 26. May 26 is a parking holiday in Summit with no fees required for on-street parking or parking in municipal lots and garages.

Trash collection is unaffected, but recycling collection will operate on a modified schedule for the week of Monday, May 26, through Friday, May 30. There is no recycling collection on Monday, May 26, and all collections for the week will be picked up the next day. Monday collection moves to Tuesday, May 27, Tuesday collection moves to Wednesday, May 28, and so on, ending with Friday collection moving to Saturday, May 31.

Recycling items should be placed at the curb by 6AM the morning of residents' pickup, or the night before. Summit residents should use the SeeClickFix app or the Report a Concern module on the city website to report missed pickups.
