Activity blotter December 2 to December 15

12/03/2024—Marissa Meyer, 23, of Dover was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Ms. Meyer was processed and released with a pending court date.

12/03/2024—Caroline Doyle, 41, of Summit was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Ms. Doyle was processed and released with a pending court date.

12/04/2024—Robert Holmes, 50 of Summit was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. Mr. Holmes was processed and released with a pending court date.

12/08/2024—At 1434 hours a report was taken for a theft that just occurred at an Orchard Street residence. The victim stated they observed a male juvenile enter their enclosed porch, and take two (2) Amazon packages. The juvenile fled the area towards Park Avenue and was quickly apprehended. Several packages were reported taken from multiple residences in the area. Taken was a total of four (4) packages.

12/14/2024—Christopher Beatty, 46, of Summit was arrested for contempt of court. Mr. Beatty was processed and transported to Essex County Jail.
