Activity blotter October 7 to October 20, 2024

10/07/2024—Bryan Ayars, 41, of New Providence was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence. Mr. Ayars was processed and released with a pending court date.

10/07/2024—At 1511 hours a report was taken for a theft that occurred at a Mountain Avenue residence. The victim stated that just prior to contacting police, an unknown male actor stole a delivered package from their front porch. Taken was an iPhone 14, valued at $500.

10/11/2024—Anthony Lamonica, 49, of Summit was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued by the Union County Sherriff’s Office. Mr. Lamonica was processed and transported to Union County Jail.

10/12/2024—Marc Bedolla-Flores, 23, of Summit was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of Union County. Mr. Bedolla-Flores was processed and transported to the Union County Sherriff’s Office.

10/13/2024—Anggelin Geraj, 61, of Summit was arrested and charged with simple assault. Mr. Geraj was processed and released with a pending court date.

10/13/2024—At 1642 hours a report was taken for a theft that occurred at a Springfield Avenue business. The victim stated that just prior to contacting police, an unknown female actor left the business without purchasing multiple clothing items. Three pairs of legging pants were taken, valued at $128 each.

10/16/2024—John Manning, 43, of Toms River was charged with driving while under the influence. Mr. Manning was processed and released with a pending court date.

10/19/2024—Diego Oyharbide, 48, of Jersey City was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. Mr. Oyharbide was processed and released with a pending court date.

10/20/2024—Geraldo Guzman, 29, of Summit was arrested and charged with aggravated assault. Mr. Guzman was processed and transported to Essex County Jail.
