The Summit Police Department will be participating in a countywide gun surrender program on Saturday, October 5, 2024, from 9AM to 4PM.

Residents can bring any unwanted firearms, regardless of condition, to Summit police headquarters at 512 Springfield Avenue for disposal. Law enforcement officers will be onsite to collect the firearms safely and dispose of them properly.
