The City of Summit Shade Tree Advisory Committee and Reeves-Reed Arboretum are announcing the Summit Eco-Action TikTok Fest to be held in October 2023. Summit teenagers are invited to submit a short-form video between 10 and 60 seconds that highlights what environmental actions they are involved in, such as volunteering at the Summit Free Market, planting trees at the Tiny Forest, composting food scraps, or how they envision a cleaner, greener world.

The deadline to enter via email to trees@cityofsummit.org is Friday, October 6. Entries will be shown at a viewing party at Reeves-Reed Arboretum (165 Hobart Avenue) on Thursday, October 19, from 6:30PM to 8PM and select entries will be posted to the City of Summit YouTube channel.
