Summit Police Department advises motorists to AVOID Morris Avenue between Kent Place Blvd and Weaver Street. The road is closed in both directions for emergency gas leak repairs and will require a detour of traffic through the evening rush hour. Expect heavy congestion and delays. Avoid area if possible.
