The Summit Police Department weekly blotter from June 6 to June 12, 2022

6/6/2022—At 1624 hours a report was taken for a theft of gasoline at a Morris Turnpike business. The victim stated the incident occurred at approximately 1420 hours, when the operator of a gray 2021 Chevy Malibu entered the gas station and requested the vehicle be filled with regular gasoline. Once the attendant removed the nozzle from the vehicle, the driver sped off without making payment. The total amount of the theft was $49.08.
