[ARCHIVED] Restaurants open for outdoor/indoor dining mix, curbside pickup and takeout

Common Council approved extending outdoor dining on Maple Street and in parklets until 11/30 to help boost local economic recovery, and support businesses and restaurants as NJ reopens. State of NJ allowing indoor dining at 25% capacity (effective 9/4).
