Lead pipe replacement project

Residents are receiving letters from NJ American Water about a project to replace lead pipes in neighborhoods throughout the city over the next 10 years. This is a mandate that NJAW has received from the NJ Department of Environmental Protection. City officials are in contact with NJAW and will meet with them to discuss the impact on our community, and on residential water quality.

Look up your address on the interactive map to determine whether you have lead pipes that will be replaced: https://njaw.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=2aa6e04ed2204b86a6bd233600870dc2.
