Please note: the Department of Community Services Construction Office will be open weekdays from 7AM to 4PM on the second floor in City Hall for essential in-person business that includes document and plans drop off, permit applications, zoning certificates of occupancy, land use applications, and payment transactions. All other business will be conducted remotely online, by email or by phone. Documents, deliveries and payments for other city departments will not be accepted.
